New Partnership to Identify Productivity Improvements in Ground Handling Operations INFORM and Airport Operations Planning Services recently signed a partnership agreement. >> INFORM Aviation Conferences Announcement GroundStar Users Conference and the new GroundStar Airlines Users Forum.  The enhancements to INFORM‘s line of IT products and the outlook for the future of these products will be presented to the growing community of users at the traditional bi-annual GroundStar Users Conference taking place in Madrid, Spain on September 12-14, 2012 hosted by Iberia Airlines. Like always, the Conference will be dedicated to the entire scope of INFORM’s portfolio for Airports, Ground Handling Service Providers and Airlines. It will include workshop sessions on both new features and new products and, naturally, the opportunity to share experiences with other GroundStar users. Additionally, given the expansion of INFORM’s solutions and customer base in the airline industry, a new periodic event will be starting this year focused on this branch of the industry. The new GroundStar Airline Users Forum will take place in Atlanta, Georgia on May 23-25, 2012, hosted by Delta Air Lines. Such products as NetStar (fleet management and aircraft assignment), GS HubControl (turnaround management), GS Connect (passenger and baggage transfer management), and GS GroundFleet (GSE management) will be prominent in the Forum’s agenda.
