Am Beispiel von British Airways World Cargo, Düsseldorf International Airport und Swissport Zürich zeigen wir Ihnen, wie in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden neue, an ihren Bedürfnissen orientierte Lösungen entstehen, von denen alle GroundStar Kunden profitieren. Außerdem berichten wir über Erweiterungen und neue GroundStar Systeme bei Finnair, LSG Sky Chefs und Lufthansa LEOS. Wir wachsen mit den Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und freuen uns deshalb, bmi und Seattle-Tacoma International Airport als neue GroundStar Kunden vorstellen zu dürfen.

Um INFORM’s Aktivitäten  jenseits des Atlantiks zu vereinfachen, hat der Geschäftbereich Airport seine nordamerikanische Geschäftsstelle in Atlanta eröffnet. Außerdem gibt im Mai in Atlanta das GroundStar Airlines Users Forum sein Debut.

Successful AODB Migration at Düsseldorf International Airport

The first of the five steps for replacing Düsseldorf International Airport’s existing Flight Information System and Resource Management System took place in February 2011. The project was completed at the beginning of December with the final migration step, when the heart of the new AODB – the new Flight Information System – went live and fully replaced the previous system. >>
